From a dead stop, now most of the time truck is VERY hard to get into any gear. Has to be force but no grinding sound. When moving truck has perfect shifiting feel and NO grinding. Problem only when car is stopped.
Once is does force into gear there is no creeping in 1st wtih clutch pedeal pressesd and there is decent pedal play before clutch catches.

Has new clutch, slave and master (put in 1.5 years ago).

Pilot bearing ? Syncros ?

x2 same thing for me but I sold it last year. ive no idea what could be its

Pilot is highly unlikely, more likely there is either air that got into the lines or you have a bad slave. Mine would get hard to go into gear, then 10 miles later I would have no clutch. My leak was bad, yours might be slower.

Check the fluid level.

I'd say synchros are probably also kinda low on the list of suspects since it's all gears, not just one. Usually in a manual trans 2nd gear synchro goes bad way ahead of the rest because statistically you are shifting in and out of 2nd more often that the other gears.

Have you tried double clutching? My old trans did have badly worn synchro rings just from being old and half a dozen people learning to drive on it and I had to double, even triple clutch almost every shift.

Slave replaced last year with the clutch.
Double clutching does not help
Once it is forced into gear, the truck drives/shifts fine issue only at stop
Clutch pedal travel is good and releases a few inches from floor
There is no grinding or hard to change gears while truck is in motion
This leaves me to think it is not air as I would bind/grind while driving in the other gears if I had air bubbles or slave issues ? (I could be wrong).

Slave can still be bad. I put a used slave in my truck that was only a year old. It failed within a week, the fact that it's only a year old is no gaurantee of anything.

Double clutching not helping, along with the lack of grinding tells me that it's unlikely to be bad synchros, but still not impossible

The fact that it only happens at a stop is telling me that there is a release issue. For whatever reason your clutch is not releasing fully. The fact that you can get it in easily doesn't detract from that, it actually supports the idea of partial release.

The gear teeth have to line up with the recesses on the other shaft to go into gear. It's hard to get it into gear at a stop because the output shaft is stopped, the input shaft is still partially attached to the engine, and it's light enough that it will move even if the clutch is only partially engaged. It's easier for you to get into gear while moving because both shafts are moving now so the teeth line up right on their own.

It goes in when you force it at a stop because if you put enough pressure on it the teeth will catch, but its harder because one shaft is moving and one it stopped.

You either have a hydraulic problem somewhere, or your pressure plate is no good.

If you sit at a stop with the clutch down A LOT there is a chance that the tension spring that sits between the TOB and the salve has gone bad already, but that is HIGHLY unlikely.

Even with no grinding or hard shifting during driving, it can still be a release issue / hydraulic issue ? I thought air in line or clutch not fully releasing would cause hard shifiting while driving (1st through 5th) and grinding.

I had a bad slave this winter. Leaked fluid like a screen door on a submarine.

I had your EXACT symptoms. I'm also a Ford trained Manual trans specialist. Go check your fluid level and tell me how much is there.
