97 tails in 93

okay so i know you can put 97 tail lights in a 97 and earlier so if you get aftermarket tails for a 97 and up will those fit in a 97 and earlier?

from 97 to 93 its the same tail light

98 and up is different, like he said, 93-97 are the same

They all fit the same though, the only difference was at some point they went to a two bulb set up instead of 3

so if i were to find a set of 98 and up aftermarket tails they will bolt right into my 93 then?

Ok while we are on the subject... what years will fit my 89? ... i know they go up to 92 but would 98's fit ? or no ... i dont really think so but its worth a shot right?

Definitely no. 92 is the latest you can go.
