97 ranger totalled

It has extensive left front damage including the left I-beam, it seems to have a twist in the left frame rail just past the trailing arm, as well as core support, inner and outer fender, etc.

I just recently put a clutch in it, the engine has almost 110k on it but runs great. Is tghere a demand for any of the parts that are left on this truck? I am trying to decide wether to part it out, or let the insurance company take it.

Any opinions? Thanks in advance.

Sorry guys,

It is a 1997 2wd ex. cab 4cyl 5 spd.
Bed is is decent shape, right side of truck is decent both doors, cab, rear bumper and drive train are all sound.

I am in St. Louis, Mo
