97 3.0 into 94 Ranger

I have a 97 3.0L that runs great in my garage from my prerunner ranger that I put a V8 into. I have a lead on a 94 Ranger with a blown 3.0 for dirt cheap. Will my 97 3.0L go into the 94 without any problems? I know it will go in there but I was wondering if theres anything like different sensor plugs or computer issues or anything like that I would have to worry about?

the 97 3.0 is timed properly. just pulled it a few months ago... i would think it should be a direct swap over

i have the computer for the 97 so should i just put that computer in
