96 Mazda b4000 speedometer and fuel guages not working

Bought an as is 96 Mazda b4000 4 litre 4x4 and got most of the bugs out of it so far .Only things i can't get working is the fuel guage and speedometer are not working.The fuel is always stuck on over full even if the ignition is on or off.The speedometer starts moving up a little when the truck is started and goes up when the aceelerator is pressed in park.When driving even a couple of KM per hour it goes up to 90 km per hour.When stopped it goes to 20 km per hour.I tried changing the both the VSS sensor on the tranny and the rear diff one also but it didn't help.
