Exactly. Only you only need 1 package (2 bulbs total... each bulb does both high and low beam).
Even though silverstars are slightly "whiter" in color than regular halogen, they are nowhere near bright white, so I don't think color will hurt you at all in the winter. I barely noticed a color change with my silverstars from regular halogen.
or reference:
~3100k = regular halogen/yellowish
~3600k = silverstars (my guess based on experience)
~4000k = silverstar ultras (my guess based on marketing materials)
~5000k = pure white
~6000k = hints of blue (my experience)
~8000k = blueish color
They say that about 6000k gives out the most "lumens", a measurement of light output. Anything above or below and you get less brightness.
