95 4.0 Where OBD1 self test plug?

Feel stupid asking but I'm tired from work and annoyed which usually is not a good way to work with a vehicle in my experience.. Check engine and rough running, I know how to jump the wire and count the flashes but can't find the dang plug.

That plug is different than the self test plug I've used under the hood of other Ford's (expecting to see whats in the picture I attached) If it is the underdash one for the 95, then I don't know which connectors to jump

Should be under the hood on the right hand fender towards the firewall.

The OBDII DLC is under the dash on the drivers side.

It being a 95 it should be OBDII and the connector should be close to the fuse box in the cab.

WTH, some places say its OBD1, others OBD2, and yet others some ugly mix in the middle(OBD2 type connector but not full codes/not all scanners work).

OBDII's are inside the cab. Feds specify withinn 2 feet of the steering column. It is a square connector with a cover.

OBDI's were all over the place. Later ones were on the back of the underhood fuse box. Also has a cover.shady

The 95's have both DLC. The one under the dash is a OBD II but it only works to diagnose the ABS. The powertrain is OBD I and is under the hood . Don't ask me why it's like that, I don't know. Just is.

ive got a 95 4x4 4.0 an my obdII is under my steering column.. ive used it numberous times to read the computer codes.. ive read all my power train codes from this port..

My SCT Xcal2 did pull the code. P0306 Falt Cy G, MSFR DET Cy 6

Looks like I have a Cylinder 6 misfire, now to figure out what is causing it.. plugs and wires are only about a year old.. might be the coil. Fun fun.

The coil fires 2 cylinders at a time right? Anybody know that other cylinder that is matched with cylinder 6? Figure clear the code, swap the plug wires and see if its still 6 as the misfire, or if it changes to that matching.
