95 2.3 swap to 99 4.0

i was looking over the donor truck and realized the fuel system on the two trucks are completely different. the 4.0 does not have a fuel return. but it does have a bigger tube than runs to the back of the gas tank, a separate tank mounted under the bed behind the fuel tank and runs to the front and is connected to something that looks like a fuel regulator mounted on the drivers side fender. it also has a big vacuum like running to the intake manifold and little ones running to the brakes and under the passenger fender. can i use my current fuel system in the 2.3 and if so how would i do so. and i cant swap the fuel system from the 4.0 to the 2.3 because it has different wiring running to the fuel tank. also has a electrical connector on the part on the driverside fender and tank under the bed. i would have to swap body wiring from the 4.0 which i dont want to do.

alright so i did some research and found that the 99 is returnless and my 2.3 is egr. so i will have to get the the accessories from a 94 below 4.0. wiring harness, ecu, exhaust and intake manifolds, egr valve, and sensors. it sucks that i just sent a 94 4.0 to the crusher after taking the axles for this swap!

used a return style fuel rail and went with a 96 ecu and harness
