Hey guys. I'm looking to basically just level my ranger out. The ass-end on it sits pretty high and I'm looking to just lower that and leave the front where it's at.

I've seen several ways to do this so far, what is the best for price/ride quality in your opinion? I seen a bracket that bolts to your leaf springs and lowers where it bolts, and seems like a pretty good option.

Please include any links if you have them.

Thanks.

Hey welcome to TRS...the best thing to do for cheap, and keeping factory ride quality would be flipping your hangers. It drops the rear about 2 inchs which levels it out nicely. It does involve quite a bit of labour...about 2 to 3 hours in the driveway. Thats what I did and before I put coils on the front it was level..now mines raked about 2 inchs.

Heres a link from our very own technical library.

^^^

I 2nd that.

yep, cheap simple and effective. I have my shackles flipped with new front hangers for a 5in drop. it lowers the rear and rides the same other than having less travel.

Ah nice.

Thanks for the replies and the link. Looks like a good weekend project.
