Starting problem
I resently replaced my 2.3L 4 cylender with a 4.o V6, I had to replace the transmission because the old one would not bolt up. I also had to replace the wireing harrness because nothing matched up. That said My problem is the truck will not start. The motor spins but will not start. Any suggestions welcome. :dunno:

Did you check all of your grounds? I had an issue with my swap a while back and it turned out to be a bad engine ground.

ok new problem truck still wont start and the feul pump stays running

Have you verified that the plugs are sparking?
And the injectors firing?

I would start there, and work backwards.

ie:
No spark at plugs, check for power at the coil..
No fuel in chamber, check for fuel at rail..
etc

ok no spark at plugs but there is juice to coil

how do you verify injector or firing
