Will a 94 explorer rear axle assembly fit on a 94 ranger with no modification? if there are mods how extensive are they

The explorer is spring under axle versus the the ranger is spring over so new perches would have to be welded onto the axle.

The Explorer axle also completely lacks shock mounts.
Because on an Explorer the lower end of the shock attaches
to the spring plate, not the axle.
To install an Explorer axle in a Ranger welding is ALWAYS part of the process.
