93 cluster swap

I am changing my cluster from black to a white indiglow style I got off of e bay. It has been a while since I cracked into a guage panel and cant remember the tricks to re install the needles...speedo is fine..saw the tech lib on recalb. Any help before I begin would be way cool...also any tips on not breaking off the tabs on the plastic guage surround....

Warm up the tabs with a heat gun or hair drier.
you can use a dinner Fork to pop the needles off.
as for the setting of the needles, most people would pull the cluster after the vehicle had ran for 15 mins, this way the needles would be markable.
