93 4.0 OHV ecm capacitors

Pulled the ecm on my ranger because the truck has developed a strange off idle hesitation/slight loss of power. My ecm only has two capacitors, how do they look to you guys? The inside of the ecm looks new.

They do not look swollen and I do not see any goop around them on the circuit board. They look good to me.
 
Visibly fine. I had some in the audio output on my TV that looked fine and were bad though. So IDK how effective a visual inspection really is.
 
Just finished soldering the two capacitors. Drove truck around block, seems to run ok. I'm going to take it on a 500 mile trip and will report back in a couple days.

Drove from northern CA to the central valley and back for about 550miles and the truck ran great.
