92 Fuel pump

I'm replacing the bed and thought while its off to replace the fuel pump. What all do I have to do? Thanks

Pretty straight forward with the bed off, and you can't ask for a better time to do it. Remove the electrical connector and fuel lines. Bleed the fuel pressure off at the schrader valve on the fuel rail. Becareful as you don't break the tabs off the connector. Using a brass hammer and punch take the metal ring holding the sending unit in place, should come off counter clockwise. Once that is done replace the pump and sock, install new "O" ring and reverse the above process.
