92 2.3l please help stuck at work!

ok iv pulled it off and its pretty dirty in there but not much room to clean it look directly inside.

The way I checked mine is,
1.Remove the vacum plug hose thats on top.
2.Find another scrap piece of vacum hose that fits the plug on the egr.
3.Plug it, then suck on it(sounds awkward man).
If it sputters and wants to shut off, then its good. I dont think its your problem though, but its worth a shot.

If you take the whole egr off, then you can clean it with carb cleaner. I havent cleaned mine, but I clean the one from my Grand Marquis though.

well i left yesterday and it did fine for 15 miles home, i pulled the egr off and left it loose and it had more power especially up the hills, it actually went over 55mph but i came to work today and went to mcdonalds to get some breakfast and on my way to work i felt it just kick in instantly and backfired and had my foot to the floor and could only get it to 25 mph. it spuutered and backfired, i made it to the job and it idled but after about a minute it sputtered and shut off. it fired up but then slowly stumbled and shut off.

iv asked around and theres a few people leaning me towards the mass air flow sensor, thinking because it sits off to the sit it takes a while to get hot and then starts acting up? any opinions?

ok so now the truck doesnt want to run good at all. i replaced the maf and tried 3 crank sensors. its loosing spark and missing but it tends to vary on cylinders. one time it will miss on 2 then on 4 then back to 2 then 1, the coils and plugs and wires have been replaced. the ignition module has been replaced but from a junkyard as well so im leaning more toward putting a "new" module on it. iv pretty much replaced all electrical parts, even to pcm is from another 92 ranger. the previous owner just trew a bunch of diffrent parts at it to try and fix it. it used to run good for about 10 to 20 miles then would start missfiring and sputering, backfire and loose power and shut off.

p.s. its getting fuel pressure and iv been testing spark, and i know its missfireing and lossing fire.
