:bawling: i would cry if i had to do all that cutting and welding it is a pain i do it all the time and love it in moderation but holy smokes that is alot of cutting and welding GOOD LUCK:icon_welder:

It is alot of work but it is also a 150$ beater so i'm not to fussy. Just want it solid.

Went and did some more today, When I removed the rocker panel the truck twisted some. It took 2 rachet strapes inside and one floor jack to get it back in place. Door work so nice now.... hahha makes it all worth it.

Theres no rust there. Thats just ventilation for the cab.:D

So far so good, I will be watching this one. Looks like a good project.

good god i have to hand it to you, your pretty dedicated to making that beater solid. :headbang:

I want to be able to flex it around without poping body mounts or me going through the floor. Lol!!!

Went and did the cross member today and found a pin hole in the tank at the same time, and found lots of corrosion on the fuel level sensor. ( probably why I had to walk back from the feild on my 1st trip). Never trust a gauge until you know it work. Leason learned.
