88 Ranger Parking Brake Problem

Pardon me if this is a stupid question. My parking brake actuator went out and I'm trying to find another one but nothing in the auto stores or junk yard for this year. Does anyone know what years the mechanism fits?

I imagine that 83 to 88 should fit. Maybe later, but I'm not sure about those.
