Yah, 13 gallons, mines a short bed, extra cab.

I carry a 5 gal Jerry all the time just for when I'm wheeling.

Never had to use it, for myself anyway.

BTW, I don't know what the cut-off date was but some 88"s have 2 pumps, I tossed the internal pump and moded the pickup cuz yah really don't want THAT one to fail on the trail.
I replaced the external with a high flow Holly in the factory location in the left frame rail by the trans and carry a spare factory pump.

Supercab Shortbox: 14.5 USgal

If you have dual tanks the behind the axle Aux tank is 13.0gal.

regular cab, believe it's a long bed...

either way it looks like my fuel gage is whacked out... when i fill it up all the way, it goes about a fourth to a quarter of a tank past the F, so i always fill her up when she gets around that far from the E... and it's always around 13 gallons... but i guess i have a 17 gallon tank???


no dual tanks.

so it's for sure that i have a 17 gallon tank? sittin kinda low now and wanted to make sure i still have some time before i fill back up.



also, i was getting pretty crappy mpg's... but i replaced my thermostat that has been bad for months now, should i expect to see gains there?
