87 manual brakes

Retrofitting power brakes in is easy and straight forward.

The one thing you need to know is that you need one other part
besides the master cyl and power booster, the pedal itself is different

As fow "standard" power brakes? Any V6 truck, Any 4x4 truck, all supercabs and bronco2's.

Thinking about it I've never seen manual brakes on anything other than a 2wd 4cyl std cab shortbox truck.

There you have it from an expert..(best wishes 2 you and yours Allan)..

Don't ask me why I'm doing this but if any of you want to "upgrade" to a power brake setup and need this "pedal"...I will ship you one "free" if you will first send me your "manual brake pedal" along with the push-rod for it and the adapter plate on the "engine side" of the cowling that the manual MC mounts thru. If there is any interest pm me before shipping..In case I run out of pedals...(at this point I only have two left..)

sorry i didn't get back to this thread, but i fixed it with a MC autozone had for 27$, just replaced the fittings on the brake lines, reflared and it all works! woot, i get to keep my manual brakes!!! i wonder if people thought i died in a firery acident from brake failure because i didn't post for 2 weeks after..
