the fan on my '86 BII only works when the switch is on high.....what could be the problem? I was thinking blower motor....
 
is there any way to check those things?
 
its the resistor pack. it mounts inside the blower housing on the firewall, has a big plug that snaps onto it. get a new one and youll be good.
