83 front end on 90 cab?? please help

hey guys im getting a new cab its a 90 with the square headlights, i want to put my 83 front fenders and grill on, is everything going to match up?? is the core support the same, will my 83 headlights fit in the new headlight buckets on the core support?? please any or knowledge would be appricated

AFAIK the core support is different, but I think that the inner fenders are the same, so, you can swap the core support and then have the head lights mount up right.
It is a lot more work, but the 1stGen headlights do attach the core.

I think you have to change the core, hood, fenders, grill, stone shield, and headlight assemblys to convert it over. Everything bolts up the same though. Only possible issue is the front bumper, 89-92's had the ends of the frame rails open, 83-88's had a sorta horn on the end of the frame rail for mounting the bumper.

well its a bogger so it doesn't have to be perfect, id like it to be nice cuz im gonna put a cage on this time. but id like to not change the core support if i don't have to. the bumper it not a problem tho
