i just replaced my factory 8.8 with the explorer 8.8 with disc brakes. i hooked up all the lines and bled them. i still am not having the braking power that i expected.

so what do i need to do to get the rear discs more pressure? i had more stopping power with the drums as of now.

An explorer master cylinder could fix your problem. Disk brakes need more pressure than the drums did, so that would probably be the easiest fix.

is there a way to tune what i have now to make more pressure?

summit sells a brake bais control unit that u put in your line. to adjust the braking power front to rear, with a turn of a dial. this unit helps when u add rear disk, to fine tune the pressure that u already have.
