5 speed transfer case?

i need a 5 speed transfercase!

If you read it say 5 speed manual transfer case. I didnt think it would be that hard to read? As in manual transfer (non electrical?)

Oh....so a 5 speed transfer case......thats manual.

I think he means the combo of the two. You should pick it up along with the shift boot because those will eventually sell, or make a good addon to your truck :D

Yeah, it says "5 speed manual transfer case". As in, manual, as opposed to electric, and 5 speeds, as opposed to the normal 2.

i don't like my electric 2 speed t/c i would love to switch to the manual 5 speed t/c

does that make more sense?

"5 speed, manual transfer case". The guy is out in a JY and he is trying to help you guys - you knew what he meant, sure hope so.

Actually I had no clue. I wasn't sure if he found a boot and bezel for the 5-speed/manual t-case combo, if he'd found the trans and case, or if he'd just found the case and linkage.

Also, the parts in question can be drastically different in both form and rarity depending on year and the particular manual trans in question.

Actually I fount it all. The 5 speed transmission, manual shift transfer case, shifter boots, and transfer case shifted linkage. I was in the junkyard getting an overhead explorer console for my gen 1, and a compressor for my girls car.

I'da grabbed the whole thing.

and as ADSM said, the year and model make a huge difference also...

the level II shifter bezel is worth a butload of money on it's own

Not to mention the TK and FM145 links are unique, as are the C-series units. The FM132, 146, A4LD, and M5OD are the same.
