5.4 exhaust manifold interchange?

Will the newer style 3 valve 5.4 manifolds interchange with the ones on my 2 valve 5.4? The ones I have are puny restrictive looking and need to come off to fix busted studs. I don't want to cough up for $800 headers.

nope totally different I have been considering doing this to my superduty untill I actually did a side by side comparison, it just won't work. but you can get pace setter headers for pretty cheap, a buddy of mine paid 500 canadian for a new set of ceramic coated long tubes and y-pipe for a F-150

trhe oem modular manifolds arent really all that restrictive

I don't know if I belive that. The ones on my flathead ford are bigger.
