4x4 v8 Ranger

Gotcha!:icon_thumby: I completly understand! RWHP numbers I bet are awesome!

rwhp #s are what's important the motor could have 450 HP but that doesn't mean anything if u cart get it to the ground.. I don't really care what the HP ENDS UP BEING on it I know um going to be happy with it we went with a cam that's gonna give us a really smooth powerband and is designed for torque, with as heavy as this truck is it needs as much torque as possible.

how bad is the truck?

we were both fine, we had about an hour lead when it happened and it only took a few hours to get it back over and back up on the road. we still finished 2nd. its got a fiberglass cab so there isn't much body damage.

my dads old exploder that has been sitting for years has come back to life. i am building it for my fiance to learn to drive stick with.
Ive started stripping it apart to cage it and redo the rear suspension.

Negative, the popcorn sound is my bypass valves opening and closing in the shocks. that is just known as 'race truck noises'

Oh, didn't realize they would be that loud. I co-drove in 707 at the masterpull 500 but the engine was so loud you can't hear the bypasses. Although I bet even if it was quiet i probably couldnt hear it cause of the helmets

They normally aren't so loud. But the go pro is bolted to the cage so it resinates it. I can't hear it over my motor in my cab. But from outside u can hear it when the suspension is working hard.
