4r55e on a 5.0?

will the 4r55e bolt up to a 5.0 from a 90 mustang? reason im asking is i can get a good deal on one and im in need of a trans to get this swap moving

the 4r55e is a 4.0 trans not for a 5.0.any 94+ ford trans needs a controler.either the stock ford auto ecc from the same year as trans.or a standalone trans controler like the bauman unit.or a modded manual vb with an od switch
