I have a Dana 28 and Ford 7.5 axle with 4.56 gears. I believe these gears are no longer available for the D28.
I purchased the ring and pinion for the 7.5 new.
The D28 ring and pinion came from a used axle I purchased. I ran them for a couple of years but have no history prior to my owning them.
I live about an hour east of Portland, Oregon. If you want the whole axle assembly, great. If you want only the rings and pinions, that's fine.
I'd rather see them used than end up going to the scrap yard. $100.
