what's your throttle body look like?
vacuum lines? any vacuum leaks?
check your IAC and mass air flow.
check your TPS, there are directions in the tech library i think, to Ohm it out and see if it's good.

I would pull the codes and see what the computer is thinking is wrong. It may save you lots of time.

Doing the engine running codes are going to give you bigest clues on what might be going on.
It will at least give a good stating point

It ran fine in the donor, I have one vacuum port that I don't have any thing for, and it had something when it was in the donor, I just plugged it for now, ive gone thee this thing a hundred times and can't figure it out, according to the diagram on the donor I got everything, but it had something to it,

That empty port....vacuum modulator from the auto trans thats no longer there?

Did you run a self test and see what codes you come up with?
 
Going to run codes, but now battery's dead, I don't think the alt is working now
 
Ran the codes KOEO 57 and 85, octane adjust service pin in use/circuit grounded and canister purge circuit failure?
 
Ran codes engine running, getting code 177 HEGO indicates system always rich, this explains why it's choking out, so it's not getting enough air? Or it's getting to much?

Rich means: too much fuel or not enough air.


Hows your fuel pressure?
 
I don't have a fuel pressure gauge, I'm going to have to make some calls and see if I can't find one, fuel regulator?
 
"Rent" one from one of the chain parts places. They all have all have a tool rental program. They usually dont charge a fee, you just leave a refundable deposit.
