4.0 swap in a 99 ranger?

i have a 99 ranger with a 3.0 flexfuel and im tired of dumping money into that pile of shit. my girlfriend just totalled her 99 exploder so its now mine. so what im getting at is how hard is the swap and are there anything special things i need to know? i did a 4.0 swap in my old 88 ranger and that wasnt to bad. dont realy hear to much about motor swaps im late 90's rangers. thanks for the help the ranger station is my bible

should be pretty straight forward, if you've done a swap before. The 3.0L is in its own world, nothing will swap. Make sure you grab the complete motor with accessories(A/C comressor, alt, power steering, etc), trans, engine wiring harness, computer, motor mounts, radiator...You may have other things you will need to convert, as you are swapping a SOHC motor, not the OHV...
