4.0 pushrod replacement how to?

gonna repalce all 12 of the pushrods in my 4.0 after being told that they need replaced and are making some noise. anyways im pretty mechanically inclined and can do it on my own but wondered if there is a how to right up and toque specs on here? i looked in the tech section but didnt see anything... im sure the rocker arm assembly would need torqued to certain ft lbs?

i found this on autozones website and gives all the info i should need to replace the push rods, maybe this info will help someone else too.
