36's on my B2?

It will probably hold up on the street in 2wd, I wouldn't wheel with it though. And my axle is 3.73 too.

Here are some inspirational pictures for you.:D Full width SAS, 7" lift, 37"s

Keeping me from wheelin' with it is like trying to keep a fish out of the water & expecting it to live.....:icon_rofl:

I think I will be ok if I don't hammer it, I had really good luck with it when I was running those heavy azz 33's.... If I happen to grenade it, it will just motivate me to try harder (if that's possible) to come up with the dough for your D35.

Yep, I know your 35 has 3.73's, that's another reason I want it so bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, fun time is over for now....gotta go to the wife's sister's house & hook up her cable box....:annoyed: I will be back on here either later tonight or definitely tomorrow........

Allen, you can fold your rear seats down, and put 4 there, and put the other 4 on the roof and strap em down...

They will fit, i tested the 36/13.5/15 on my B2 and they fit better than my 37 mtrs and I have a 4 in lift, i have had to trim a little extra from the pics but not much. With an additional 3 in bl i would not worry of rubbing with proper trimming

One recommendation is do get the dana 35 cause the dana 28 will hate you lol also get the jeep hubs on the 35 and it will survive with conservative right foot. Also i right now have 3.73 gears with it and its slow but in 4 low it will get around in the desert. For the street 3.73 really dont even bother me that much but i cant wait till i get my 5.13 in.:icon_thumby: nice looking truck my the way the 36 iroks will make it look killer:icon_cheers:

I was running 36's on a Dana 28, with full abuse throttle:icon_hornsup: Was still working when blew out the transmission:annoyed:

lol my Dana 28 died in a parking garage seeing if 4wd actually worked , blew up the spider gears. oh well, i think things will work for some and for some it wont.

"conservative right foot"??...:icon_confused:

I plan on going with a front 35 very soon... I'm not too worried about the gears at the moment, back when I went from 31's to 33" Swampers I couldn't even tell the difference, both on the road & off. My 2.8 just pulls right on along

The main thing I am concerned about is the clutch, since I added the 8.8 L/S, I have smoked the clutch one time with my 31's in a tough, rocky climb. I am assuming it is due to the added traction as compared to the original open diff...

Thanks, I think it will look killer with the 36's also. I love my B2 man, I have had 'er for 17 years.....:headbang:

BTW, I have only torn up 2 D28's. I tore the spiders out of 'em because I didn't extend the friggin breather hose....muddy water & spiders don't like each other... That was a long time ago though, lesson learned.

dana 28s are weird, i blew shafts left and right when i was running 235 mud and snow tires. a set of shafts every week was nothing new. and on my latest b2, i have 33 12.50s and ive spun them over alot in the bog and nothing has blew up yet. it confuses me but oh well lol whatever works
