Are these headers for a truck application or for the Mustang ?
The Mustang units usually have a different down turn on the driver's side and may interfere with the frame, steering shaft and maybe the clutch linkage if manual trans.
The way I ended up with the header I am now using on the Scrambler is I ordered a 302 Truck Shorty Header from Summit and tried it on. It turn out that the down turn of the header worked OK to avoid the Clutch Slave and linkage.
If the headers aren't Adapter Headers for a 302 implant then you will need to do some fitting.
Take a look at the L&L Products 302 Adapter Headers and see if the ones you are buying look like them.
I am asking for too many questions.
To answer the original question, "Yes the headers for a 302W will bolt up to a 351W" but there will be mods required to fit the Ranger.
got some brand new 89500 still sitting in the box, pm me if you want, personally didnt like how they fit, but depend how far back your motor is might work better for you
