i have a 3 inch rough country lift and i have 31's and i was wondering if i put a 3in body lift on if i could fit 33's without trimming the fenders

I have a 2003 ranger with only the torsion bars cranked up and I am running 33x11.50 with no proub. I know a few guys running 35s with a 3in. lift

They'll fit until you stuff them, then you're going to cut your tires. Why is everyone so opposed to fender trimming? It only take very minor trimming to fit 33s.
The rear of my front fenders are trimmed a bit and I lopped off the front bottom part of the fender. The rears need a bit of trimming at the corner of the openings.
33's

33's will work fine if one or more of the following conditions apply...

you are still running your anti sway bar(s)s and don't expect to flex a lot.

the tires are not too wide, 33x10.50s are about right, on standard offset wheels.

you have a 2.5 - 4 lift.

with minor fender tweaks, especially at lower corners.

you trim front air dam (if so equipped) lower corners.

you don't jump it and land hard.

I have a 3"superlift (4"front)suspension lift with 33"tires.
I only go off road apx 2 to 3 times a year.
The back tires have rubbed while off road.(not bad,but they have rubbed)
I am considering cranking the torsion bars in the front & belltech shackles in the rear.
I only want apx 1-2" more to prevent rubbing.
Has anyone tried the belltech 6400 shackles ?

I used to have an 01 4x4 ext cab ranger. I put a 3 inch body lift on it, and 33x12.50 tires and had them mounted on 15x10 rims, i dont remember what the backspacing was on them, but it made the truck look mean and it did not rub, I actually had the rims and tires on the truck before i put the 3 inch body lift on it but they rubbed the front mudflaps when i turned. That thing looked like a stomper with the 33's and no lift tho lol.

I cranked my t-bars just under 2 inches in the front and belltechs in the rear and I'm running 33x10.50s on 15x8s. It works just fine for on road driving but I trimmed the bottom corners on the back of the front fender well and rounded out the front on the plastic, nothing too extreme but since I do a lot of dirt road/trail driving I figured better safe than sorry. The rears have never rubbed and all i've got is the belltechs for about 2 in of lift.
