322000 Miles and still going Strong.

wrecks are an unfortunate reality...

i cant recall the last time i saw a ranger in a junkyard that wasnt wrecked...seems if they arent wrecked than they are still out driving around...

Yeah.

I was looking for parts, and LOTS of ranger roll-overs is what I saw.

2.3 > jesus

wow really? lol

i guess this is true tho. any vehicle that can drive around the world 14-16 times before dieing is godly (circumference of the earth is about 24900 miles)

mines at 195k now...cousin's made it to 340000ish before it poo'd out on him

103,000....

Replaced about every drivetrain, suspension component, except engine :p

Only things on the engine... plugs, wires, alternator, waterpump, fan clutch, timing belt, harmonic balancer, serps, IAC, TPS, CPS, motor mounts, and I guess thats about it :)

wow I have 106 thousands plus I sure hope mine lasts another 216, I thought my girl friends car had a lot with 235.

Yeah. They were smashed really bad all around. I could not get anything off, well, anything that I needed.

280,000 the only thing was a water pump and timing belt :headbang:

262,000 miles. All I had to replace was cast pistons with forged ones. Then I decided to throw a turbo on for good measure. Then I got to swapping electronics with a turbocoupe. Then came the intercooler, ported head, exhaust, etc. She's a heck of lot faster than she was brand new!

Seriously though, when I took it all apart at 250,000 all I had ever done to it was replace an ignition coil, fix some broken wiring, and re-attach the cab and bed to the frame. It still ran perfectly at that point, I was kinda sad to take it all apart.
