3.8 supercharged to a 96 ranger

I have a 89XR-7 couger would like to put the motor,tranny,rearend in my 96 ford ranger king cab 2 wheel drive any thoughts on this please help

Go for it. The 3.8L is a 90 degree V6 so check out the V8 swaps as far as clearances on the firewall/HVAC. The SC3.8 has a nice torque curve for a truck.
