3.0 transmission leaking

trans was leaking oil at freeway speeds, hitting exhaust causing it to smoke. considerable amount, enough to kick my overdrive off. got home replaced transmission filter and seal, it is still leaking now not even when the motor is on. shifts into drive and reverse fine and has overdrive again but still leaks profusely, any ideas? its a 4X2 converted to a 4x4.

check for a crack on the servo cap. my 2000 had that issue, lots of fluid squirted out real fast. crack was small enough that it I couldn't see it, but the hi pressure fluid had no trouble shooting out onto the exhaust pipe.
