3.0 to 4.0 swap

i have a 98 ranger. was wondering how hard it would be to swap a 3.0 to 4.0.

find a totaled 1998-now and buy it. thats the easiest way because if u need a part its on the totaled ranger/explorer.there is a section the describes the 3.0 to 4.0 conversion.it is a step by step guide.good luck
