Once I changed my cat and did Seafoam, fuel filter and other things my truck ran better or as well as the 4.0 I drove. It may not have been as good but not enough difference to care about for the price. I wonder if they may be more fussy. I have a list of the mods and maintenance, mostly maintenance if you check. Before I did that IT WAS A DOG! No question. Now it is not a race machine but is adequate and runs better at 146k than at 66k when I bought it.
