Will a crank trigger harmonic balancer from a 1997 3.0 work on a 1995 non crank trigger engine. Making it useful in the 1997 ranger??

According to the listings on RockAuto, the tone-ring-equipped harmonic balancers will fit a '95. One of the models they have available is made to allow removal of the tone ring as well, so you ought to be fine.
