Since the 2150A was computer controlled it has no ported distributor vacuum advance port, correct?

If you have a distributor with vacuum advance and a 2150A carb, where do you connect the advance to if not the carb?

Yes, 2150A engine would have used electronic advance, i.e. TFI system.

I personally prefer regular vacuum advance, from intake.
Ported vacuum, from above throttle plate on carb, was originally used to lower emissions on cold start.

Many auto makers used dual vacuum advance to meet emissions requirements and to keep engine performance high.
They used a vacuum switch on the engine cooling system, it had 3 vacuum ports, one went to the distributor's vacuum advance.
Then one to Ported vacuum on carb
And the other to intake vacuum

Cold coolant/engine got Ported vacuum, as engine warmed up the vacuum advance was switched over to intake vacuum because it has better spark advance performance.
