Pictures are looking good! Please keep them coming.
Looks like a good setup, but that's another reason I wouldn't want a vehicle mounted RTT. We haven't had a dry day here since y'all got back that I could have opened it up and let it dry out. Nothing in the forecast, just starts raining. I'd have had to keep leaving it setup day after day.
I think if I were going to go this route, it would have to be setup on a dedicated camp trailer. At that point might as well have a camper right?
I'm working on uploading photos and video to imgr so I can share and download the photos to my computer. Most of mine are from the train ride, but I'll try to post them in a way that one can make sense of what they are seeing.
The RTT, 270 degree awning, and shower tent are all open and drying at the moment as well.View attachment 134555

I've been here 20 years and haven't had them try that yet, but I'm also civil service, not military. Back around 2013 they did try to stretch the budget some and gave us "furlough days", but that basically meant 4 day work weeks every other week (or 9 days instead of 10 per pay period). I think they have decided that if they aren't paying, they're closing, because people wouldn't be working. I know that there is no point in them doing me that way. With my work commute, if they aren't paying they might as well run me on LWOP, because it isn't worth the drive in, even for retroactive pay.We get to go in and work for free until a budget or a continuing resolution is passed. Then we get retroactive pay. Until then, you are living on savings, a loan, or a credit card.
