Had dealership replace spark plugs 2 months ago and between 40-60km/hr my 2020 Ranger seems to be missing spark. Diagnostic revealed nothing. Could I have a bad plug?

Seeing the rash of bad new parts lately, I would say yes you could.

Can you identify which cylinder is having the problem? If so, try swapping ignition coils and see if the issue moves. Assuming you don't see anything before unplugging them. Like a damaged wire harness or plug, or the connector isn't properly seated and latched.

If it doesn't move, it's probably the plug. If it does, it probably the coil. Sadly, as mentioned, new parts don't necessarily mean good parts anymore. Quality control has taken a big dump over the last few years.

Could be a bad dpfe sensor

Good point. Those do seem to be an issue with these engines.

Unfortunately yes, real low miles too for some folks. They seem to cause all the same symptoms as a misfire too.. and don't always throw a code.

Diagnostic by Ford confirmed EGR Sensor. My scans showed nothing but apparently Ford has the proper diagnostic scanner. Running great now.
