I have an 08 Ranger XLT Supercab 2wd. I was wondering if anyone may know if i can just buy the 2 1/2" coil spacers and drop em in and go or do i need the 3/4" stud extenders...also, my friend has an 02 f150 2wd and he just recently put a suspension lift on it so he does not need his daystar 2 1/2" coil spacers and i was wondering if they would fit also...here's the link for the ones he has: http://www.autoanything.com/suspension-systems/61A2933A0A0A2679995.aspx any help is much appreciated and any advice is also great...mainly i just wanna raise my front 2 1/2"-3" pretty cheap and easy as possible...thanks

You have torsion bars, not coil springs. If you want to raise the front, you can crank the adjusters to get about 1 1/2 " lift. It will ride rougher.

I know the 4x4 has torsion bars, but I thought the 4x2s were still coils except the edge.

I stand corrected. I skipped over the 4x2 part !!

i bet that 2-1/2 to 3" of lift will make your truck un-alignable

actually i just bought spacers that are 1 1/2" thick...hoping to get 2" out of them....i just wonder if i will need stud extenders
