2005 Dodge Grand Caravan Clunk

My moms dodge van has a helish clunk in the left rear when you hit a pot hole, the same brake also squeaks, it doesnt just squeak when your on the brakes but if you turn left slowly with no brakes on, the brakes have been replaced recently. i cant find anything loose on it just by grabbing and wiggling it, but i havent taken the tire off to look very close either.
Any help would be appreciated be cuase shes been riding my ass about it!

Take a look at the rear spring shackle bushings. If they're worn it could result in a clunk.
