2004 ranger...

Aye. I would like to bring it down 2... maybe 3 inches at the most. Not looking to slam it.

I was told the front will lower by simply loosening the torsion bar adjustment bolts?

And then for the rear, a simple shackle kit of some sort?

What would you recommend?

Thanks for your help, btw! :)

Loosening the torsion bars would give you the drop you are looking for and then in the rear just flip your rear shackles this will give you a good 2-3 in drop in the rear and it only cost you the bolts to put the shackle back on.

And if you go the route of lowering your Ranger go out and get yourself a good set of drop shocks to compensate for the lower stance to help out with the ride quality.

Good luck and do post pictures and keep us posted.

Will do! Thanks again for all your help! :)
