2003 Ranger Edge A/C issue

A/C will only blow out of the floor vents and defrost vents no matter what setting I put it on. Still nice and cold, just not blowing out of the dash vents. What could the issue be?

Either your vaccum line is cracked (or vaccum bulb res). Or the vent controler is jammed or broken.
