2003 2.3 2wd with coils

i have been looking around for liftkits for my 03 2.3 2wd ranger, and every site i found has coil over or requires the torsion bars to be turned. But i looked under my truck today and it already has coils and I am sure it isnt after market. would anyone have an explination?

i got lift coils on ebay for bout 110. if you go higher than 2.5 inches, youll need new spindle arms. i got 2 inch coils, and also youll need new shocks. i havent gotten them yet, so my ride will be rough for a little bit
