2002 XLT 2WD SAS Build thread

Thanks ill chec it out. and I was thinkin about maybe putting in a np231 if i could connect it to my trans i have now somehow, i really like how that t case has 2 gears. right now i have the 3.0 v6 with an automatic. and my truck doesnt have abs atm anyway cuz i never put the old sensors back in the new spindles after i lifted it :) haha

im hoping i could put it in but im not sure yet, thats one thing i still have to do more research on

Id just get a 4wd 3.0 trans and be good with it.
making a divorced t case setup would involve a lot of work and $$
just get the trans lol

seems like u have the abs part sorted then hahaha

hahaha ya. and ya i know ill probably just end up doing that i just worry cuz the jeep dana 30 i have uses a vaccuum actuator, but i guess i could get one of those things to make it manual

Yeah u can make it manual, have it "fixed" to stay locked or get an air valve to make it work with engine vaccuum.
im planning on using an electrovale for mine. that way all ull see on the dash is a switch

fixing it is cheapier. and idk for how much a 12v electro valve will run for u.
my cousin has a pair, so he will give me one for mine.

and the other ones for me? awesome man thanks i appreciate it!

haha jk

but ill look into those electric ones right now

The front axle i got has 4.10s in it so i am picking up a ranger rear with 4.10s on monday :) and maybe a lund moonvisor

Picking up 4 inch lift leaf springs today, brand new with bushings
