I am to old for my feelings to get hurt. Just let me know what you think. As you can tell, it started off as an XL, Hell, an L really. It had nothing.

What do you guys think of the 2 tone door panel? I was just trying to do something different. I removed the armrest and the door lock trim, cleaned them up and did the proper plastic prep cleaner. I used real plastic dye. It's not a perfect match but much better than the way they came and it's not bad. Please give opinions.

THANKS FOR LOOKING.

i like it alot, it looks a lot better than i expected a plain white delivery truck ever could. keep up the good work.

Sure does look good....i like what you did with the door panels they did turn out real good.

Looks good. What did you do with those factory rims? What size where they?

I've never heard of anybody saying that their project was finished. Just in a state of flux and different modifications. If you are done, then your truck looks really clean. I wished mine looked as good but then if it did then I wouldn't be as agreeable to running it through the woods.

I see that fat stang sittin back there, how bout posting some pics of that? LOL

Looks great! That's probably the first time I've seen someone use the 04-05 valence on a 2wd! It's different looking, yet still looks good.

What paint did you use on the door panels? Have you done anything about the plywood board seats yet? My little brother put in 02 Edge reg cab 60/40 in his. He too has upgraded and almost completed his 01 XL.

and...fwiw, your NEVER finished! lol.

I am still not sold on them. I was just trying to dress it up a bit. I think the dye job I did turned out awesome. I just haven't decided whether to do the rest of the panel or not.

They are 15X7 and yes I did keep them.

I thought about that after I wrote the title. It isn't finished. I would like to have the seats out of a new Sport that are buckets with the console in the middle and a sliding glass window would be nice. I like fresh air better than air conditioning.

EVERYTHING on it was bought used on ebay or Craigslist. The bugshield was technically brand new in the box but I didn't buy it from Ford. Someone had one that they never installed. I cut the factory tape on the box.

The valance looked just like it does now when I bought it used on eBay. It was already white and included the fog lights. I think I gave $47 for it. I was the only bidder.

The interior paint is from Late Model Restoration Supply. It isn't .99 spray bomb but it works and it sticks very well. I used it on a motorcycle seat (you can see the reflection of the motorcycle in one of the pics.) that you sit on all the time and it flexes obviously cause it's soft vinyl. It was done probably 8 years ago and is still holding up well.

Thanks for all the kind words.

Hope I don't get in trouble. I will delete them if it's a problem to post them on a Ranger forum. I know some mods on other sites are nuts about the rules. If you are a mod please just tell me and I will gladly remove these pics but I am proud of my Mustangs.

Hey. you gave me a great idea. do those door panels work in your 02. and what year might they be?

Yeah dude....look for 00+ XLT trucks with manual doors. 00+ For the correct dark grey. OP's is a 98-99, possibly older. The nicer door panels come on 'em stock. Mine came with 'em...
