hey I was wondering if you guys knew what rear axles came in these and if there are lockers available. Its a 6 cyl, regular cab. Not mine but a friends. I was thinking 8.25 but im sure there are a few.

it probly has the 8.25, i think only the r/t's got the 9.25

I know 3rd gens did get 9.25s in V8s, I don't know about the V6s. Look at the cover, round with 10 bolts is 8.25, octagon with 12 bolts is a 9.25. There's also 2 different spline counts for the 8.25, 27 and 29 but I believe after 96 all 8.25s were 29.
